Verinox industrial ovens are designed to guarantee optimal cooking and thermal cycles for each recipe. Steam cooking, dry cooking, drying, smoking, roasting and stewing can be carried out.
PUN industrial ovens can also perform heat treatment on foods, up to a maximum temperature of 120°C at vertical air flow.
For heat treatments at higher temperatures: our AT oven reaches up to 150°C, while the HT oven reaches 180°C or 250°C.
PUN-type industrial food processing plants are modular and particularly suitable for trolleys with medium-density load shelves where the products allow vertical air circulation. For trolleys with a high density of shelves, we recommend the FO version for horizontal air flow treatment.
