DRYING AND SMOKING PLANTS
AF cells provide hot and cold drying and smoking (+35-60°C).
This machine is designed to work in a continuous production cycle, with 24-hour activities and maximum reliability.
To make the most of this production feature, the cell is equipped with an electronic control panel for automatic oven operations. This plant enables to program your recipes and optimize production times.
CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE SMOKING
With this smoking and drying oven we have created an even more versatile solution, complete with temperature control and cooking humidity.
AFC cells provide optimal cold smoking treatment (+ 15-30°C) and are equipped with a special autonomous monobloc system. A heat recovery system can be integrated on request.
AF and AFC systems can be associated with different generation accessories, purification, washing and cooling of smoking, thus providing customized smoking treatment.
